Whoring Myself for BlogHer10
Look, here's the deal-io.
<br>I would loveloveLOVE to go to <a href="http://www.blogher.com/announcing-blogher-10-and-blogher-business-10">BlogHer2010</a>
I? Iz broke. Side effect of both of the adults in the household being students, and having two little <del datetime="2009-07-30T02:58:37+00:00">monsters</del> angels running around.
<br>
Now, I can get a student discount on the ticket. Because I am a broke-ass student, and blogher is cool like that.
And I can get a roommate to defray hotel costs, if I can overcome that whole social anxiety thing.
And if I can book a flight in the very near future, or a bus ticket(yes, I would totally take a bus. Do you hear me GreyHound??(Did I just offer to whore myself out for a bus ride?)) it wouldn't be horribly expensive.

But that still leaves incidentals like clothing, food, drink, tourist-y attractions and the like. Because I? Am a lush. And drinks? Are expensive.(Note to liquor companies, I am a huge(responsible) customer.(Oh don't look at me like that, I'm not the first to prostitute myself for alcohol!))

That sort of thing adds up FAST!

So if it's left to my budget? Not going to happen. Unless I win the lottery. In which case, I will totally take a couple people with me. Just for kicks. Because I am cool like that.

Of course, I would have to start buying lottery tickets first, so my chances of winning are slim.
<br>
I am, however, totally willing to whore myself out to get to BlogHer2010. The Man has vetoed working the corner though, so I had to get creative.
<br>
So here is a breakdown of the *ahem* services that I am willing to provide for your donation to my "Get My Butt to NYC for BlogHer10" fund.

#$50 sponsorship – I will hand out your business cards at the convention.
<br>
#$100 sponsorship – The above as well as write a post about your business, and advertising on my blog for 3 months.
<br>
#$250 sponsorship – All of the above as well as a live blog posts from the event, plus wear any company logo clothing and hand out samples (if applicable).
<br>
#$350 sponsorship – All of the above as well as live <a href="http://twitter.com">Tweeting</a> about your company from the event…possibly doing giveaways live on twitter.
<br>#$500 sponsorship – All of the above plus advertising on my blog for 1 year, and tweeting before and after the convention.
<br>
I'm also willing to promote clothing, totes, camera and any other BlogHer10 necessities. I will make sure that your product is seen out and about at BlogHer10, and post about your wonderful generosity on my blog and Twitter account.
